Peter & Inge Hutchinson
a.k.a ‘The Dynamic Duo’
Peter and Inge have been developing and renovating houses together since 1999, starting with a large Strata Title development known as ‘Garden Village’, in Armidale NSW. Their strengths complement each other perfectly with both market knowledge and creative design.
…
Peter has lived in Armidale all his life and was active in Real Estate sales for over 52 years as a licensed Agent with no restrictions. His valuers license lapsed some years ago due to increased Insurance costs.
Since 2012, Peter has enjoyed a change in direction having ‘retired’ from full time real estate sales with Hutchinson & Harlow Real Estate, which he founded with John Harlow in 1982 after leaving a former real estate office Hutchinson Sewell & Associates in Armidale. Prior to that, Peter worked with his father, Gordon Hutchinson in G.S Hutchinson & Co.
Peter’s depth of knowledge and experience in the real estate market provides a solid foundation for Inge and Peter’s project developments.

Inge was born in Holland, and moved to Australia with her family when she was six years old. She was a trained nurse, however in 2003 wanted a change in direction. She took up the role of ‘Development Co-Ordinator’ for the first of the modern ‘Garden Village’ apartments, and has remained in this position.
Inge provides fresh vision for each project and has a strong passion for innovative and creative design, both for external and internal appearances. Her dedication to research results in the final product being of the finest quality and standing out from the clutter of the real estate market.
Her attention to detail, efficiency, creative problem solving and her very practical solutions for everyday living has resulted in her signature designs, particularly in effective storage solutions for both larger and smaller homes.

Peter & Inge are about to embark on a new project having just purchased 95 O’Dell St Armidale, which they will renovate and put their unique stamp on this home. We invite you to follow the progress with them…
